Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about this vehicle.

This vehicle is also for sale on our lot and other advertising sources, we reserve the right to end this listing at anytime should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. The following terms of sale apply to all of our auctions.
Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will required to submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Understanding that the vehicle will remain available for purchase until the deposit has been secured. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 10 business days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
Payment Methods:
Cash (in person), certified check, bank transfers, or 3rd-party financing.
Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. There will be a $75 document fee applied to all purchases.
IF YOU ARE THE HIGH BIDDER AT THE END OF THIS AUCTION, YOU HAVE BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE. PETER KOCH CDJ HAS SUCCESSFULLY SUED BIDDERS THAT HAVE DEFAULTED IN THE PAST. WE ARE NOT PASSIVE ABOUT THIS. WE STRONGLY URGE ALL BIDDERS TO VIEW THE VEHICLE BEFORE BIDDING.
A note about bid retractions: Retracting a bid is viewed as bid manipulation, and at the very least, bidders that retract bids will earn a spot on our blocked bidders list forever. Ebay has cancelled accounts and even prosecuted individuals that have manipulated bids in the past.
IF YOU BID ON THIS VEHICLE AND YOU DO NOT COME TO SEE THE VEHICLE FIRST, AND YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE SALE WHEN YOU COME TO SEE THE VEHICLE AFTER THE BID. WE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SHOW YOU THE VEHICLE OR GET YOU TO SEE THE VEHICLE BEFORE PLACING A BID. IF YOU DO NOT OR CANNOT THEN THIS IS A BINDING CONTRACT. WE DO, AND WILL PURSUE YOU IN COURT IF YOU RENEGE ON A SALE. YOUR BID IS FINAL AND THERE WILL BE NO ADJUSTMENTS AFTERWARDS.
The sale of this vehicle is not contingent upon you getting a survey, or insurance, obtaining financing, getting your wife's approval or viewing the vehicle. If you are the high bidder then this a binding contract and you have purchased this vehicle.
